1. Introduction

These General Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VPN services, software, applications, and website (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Gate to Ukraine (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, downloading or using our software, or accessing our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or have legal authority to act on behalf of a legal entity. You must comply with all applicable laws while using the Service.

3. Description of the Service

We provide a virtual private network (VPN) service designed to enhance online privacy and security. The Service may be offered as a paid subscription or, in limited cases, free or trial access.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. User Account

To use the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid Services are provided on a subscription basis and may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and renewal payments. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

Prices may change from time to time. Any changes will apply only to future subscription periods.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for the unused portion of the current period.

Refunds, if offered, are subject to our refund policy and applicable law. Certain purchases made through third-party platforms may be governed by their own refund rules.

7. License to Use the Software

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our VPN software solely for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with these Terms.

The software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with the Company.

8. Prohibited Use

• violate intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without permission

We reserve the right to investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or if required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
